Returns & Refunds
While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. Please contact us using the contact form within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Perfect Condition: All goods returned to us must be in perfect condition with the product packaging undamaged, using the original boxes & packaging. Please do not tape multiple boxes together.
Secure Packaging: Ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery.
Delivery Method: We recommend using insured registered or tracked delivery and keeping the receipt to cover yourselves under the circumstance of lost post.
Important Considerations
Original State: Failure of the items being returned to us in their original state, function, and purpose will result in us being unable to refund you.
Refund Details: Once items are received back to us as per above, we can then refund you minus the original postage cost and any courier charges if requested, or process an exchange.
Damaged or Faulty Goods: For all damaged or faulty goods, a full refund will be processed.
Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 working days (14 days) to show up in your account.
Non-Refundable Items: All made-to-order items are non-refundable.
